We have family friends, whose young son....33, recently passed in his sleep.
No other issues noted/mentioned.
All we know (we’re not asking....too soon) is that he....died, unexpectedly, in his sleep.
He was a senior contracts associate with a large company....good job...etc.
So very sad .... I am seeing more and more of “died in their sleep”.
There’s a song I love called “You Are The New Day” (King’s Singers). There are a couple of lines in the lyrics that have always been meaningful, but the particular ones that I think about whenever I see these folks who died in their sleep:
When I lay me down at night
Knowing we must pay
Thoughts occur that this night might
Stay yesterday
