I have never been late to pick up my luggage. We have always been their when the carosal started moving.

Have you ever been there when the bag didn't show up? I've never lost a checked bag, but have had checked bags delivered to my final destination a few times. With flight delays and rescheduling it easy to see how this could happen, especially with multi hop flights..

Yes we have had numerous lost bags that went to the wrong airport. but never have we ever missed picking up a bag.

unless this guy grabbed the bag and walked away while the people were standing there.

if so, that's a low down dirty thing to do -stealing luggage..
