Starship has not flown since May of last year, and will not until sometime next year - so deep is the Musk hate in the Fed gov.
Starship flew 4 times in 2021 and was scheduled to fly at least twice in 2022. But FAA and EPA halted the flights with petty concerns. Forcing Musk to move the operation to FLA, but will the FAA grant a license anytime soon?
Now that Artemis has flown, Starship is a step closer to its next flight. Next hurdle is a successful Blue Horizon flight to orbit, which may be some years out. But by then Blue Horizon will take over the contracts as SpaceX is slowly squeezed out. IMHO.
