My former co worker is there now, as a reservist. He saw USA vs Wales, and will see USA vs Iran, both in person. He said they play all games at night, cuz it is dang hot there.

I say this as a former drinker, but I can't believe anyone would attend a soccer match where alcohol wasn't served.
