Sounds like the Irish tart is angry.

If Twitter is removed from Ireland, what’s she going to do?

I’m sure that Twitter has the right to terminate her position and her employment with the company. They certainly are giving terminated employees plenty of paid time to find new employment.

These leftists told people who didn’t comply with experimental injection mandates that they had voluntarily resigned if they didn’t comply with the newly-invented working conditions by the specified date, and nobody had any recourse. Existing law and employment contracts be damned.
Now they have a problem with being fired the same way.

Keep her locked out of the system and send her a formal letter that she has been found redundant and her services are no longer required. In my non-lawyer opinion this would meet the UK’s labor law requirement.

Assign her to a room to manually count every tweet each day.

Well, I don't get the wrap. Looks like one of the cheap $2.50 Wal-Mart blankets I put in the car to keep ice off the windshield.

I suppose now I could go to this same judge and get a ruling that the NBA has to give me a contract AND guaranteed minutes on the floor. Later on, I will revisit this judge and demand that the really tall players (everyone but me) stop blocking all of my shots and laughing at me.

“ The email asked employees if “you are sure that you want to be part of the new Twitter please click yes on the link provided.”

“Anyone who had not done so” by 17 November “will receive three months of severance”.

She should have clicked Yes

Elon to Sinead on Twitter...

“We’ve created a special position for you at Fort Wainwright Army Base in Fairbanks, Alaska. You will be ensuring ongoing military access to our Twitter network. We support the troops there, as we hope you do. Be there at 8:00 AM, Monday morning. Thank you for your service.”

As an employee with an annual contract there are certain conditions that can’t be shredded over a “click here email”. For instance, her contract might have called for 12 month severance if cancelled without cause.

Whatever those terms in her contract they need to be addressed properly. And then she needs to leave if her presence is no longer desired.

Mr. Musk, she claims, has since the takeover been running the company “in an unorthodox manner” and has been rehiring and firing “with no apparent logic” in a manner she claims is unlawful.

It's like the bollocks on Alexander Vindman, trying to tell the Chief Executive of the United States how to do Ukraine policy.

Musk bought the company. He could shut it down if he wanted to. Where is it that a judge can decide the owner of a company can’t fire an employee? I believe I would shut down the entire Irish Twitter office.

Musk can run Twitter anyway he wants. That $44 Billlion he spent buys him a lot of power.
And what is a “Twitter's Global Vice President for Public Policy.” anyways?
Just go away already!
