Not for a long while, anyway. Apparently it obscured its own luminosity with a big puff of dust and gas. Supernova more likely to occur 100K years from now.

Mean while in another part of the galaxy we're on a collision course with the Andromeda Galaxy. Our Milky Way Galaxy and Andromeda are some two million , three hundred thousand light years away and traveling at a speed of about 400,000 mph. Be long while for any more news on that front.
