I'm sure the Ukrainians know nothing about Ukrainian winters.
Knowing about it will not help them. Which is a major point in the reality of the Ukrainian ground as the breadbasket of Europe.
It’s irritating- knowing and being able to do anything about it. Sort of like Napoleon figuring out where the Russian horde went... while his dwindling Grande Armee froze to oblivion. Napoleon, of course got out in his private coach.
