And I guarantee you the vast majority do not report all their cash tips (actually I have no problem with that).

I always tip in cash, whenever possible, for exactly this reason. Screw the IRS.

I do the same. Put zero on the credit card tip line, but leave a nice cash tip. Bugger the IRS sideways.
