That's true. Even if employees were allowed to be armed, though, some of the delusional, paranoid drug addicts among them would carry, sneak up on other employees, murder them and lie about everything.

Show me the war on drugs that never really happened. That would be the other half of the solution. The drug pusher faction will be dealt with sooner or later, one way or another anyway.
