Don't think so. Hunter Hearst Helmsley (commonly known as "Triple H") was born Paul Michael Levesque. His father is Paul Levesque. His family tree on his father's side is all French names; since he is originally from New Hampshire, it would be a good bet that they are French Canadians.
Harry Helmsley (Leona's husband) grew up in New York City, I believe.
