Chapek challenged DeSantis not Iger.
There is a popular pop culture commentator on Youtube calling himself “Doomcock”. He has been horribly wrong on his “reporting” of the happenings at Disney.
Sort of funny how the family and I have gone cold turkey on Disney for years. The last Disney movie I have seen in the theater was “Avengers: End Game” We have not been to the parks in years. The Disney parks have prices themselves out of many family budgets. The last time we were there in Orlando, Disney implemented an additional ticket if one wanted to attend the Christmas themed evening events at Magic Kingdom. We decided to pass on that one and never been back.

Incorrect. Iger initiated it all and left Chapek holding the bag who had to follow through because being communist is what the Disney board wants.
Chapek was just now getting full control and shutting down the woke divisions in the company which is why the board sacked him.
