If they don’t say the cause of death, my immediate suspicion is drug OD or suicide. Once an actor can’t get parts, it’s usually pretty permanent. A good agent should be prepping actors for that day.

He did more than just act. He did mma fighting awhile, and could train anyone in any number of martial arts he knew.
His acting career was tough though. First, started as a teenager (ie youth actor). Second, most of the time, masked. Neither factors helped him to get him other roles. He wound up reprising some appearances as an older adult in the power rangers reboots, but not much else.

Comic Role-Playing conventions, teaching acting at a local high school, etc. Not much money for the agent for that stuff.

They should at least encourage their clients to consult with a good financial advisor. Turn at least some of whatever they’re making into ongoing passive income instead of wasting it all.
