If thy followed the established rules, there is no case.
The reasons why that took so long isn’t fraud, but it’s stupid rules.
Two years ago AZ was all worked up. Did any Republicans join the Election boards or lobby the state legislatures to change the rules? Was money allocated to the process to speed it up?

Apparently you don't know what has happened in AZ for the last two years. We (our legislature) tried hard to change the election laws but one RINO, Rusty Bowers (the biggest POS in AZ) blocked it. He was primaried out thankfully but the damage he did still stands.
You might want to do more research before talking about something you are uninformed about.

Almost ANY state where the election hinges on 10-20,000 votes out of 3 million will require days to get a final count. I think voting by mail sucks donkey dicks, but Arizona LOVES it. We’ll never get rid of a system of voting in regular use by 80+% of voters.
