What if all women buying health insurance identified as male? My husband and I had a meeting with our agent earlier this week to talk about long-term care insurance, and it’s priced higher for me because women, in the aggregate, live longer than men.
That sounds like a slam-dunk lawsuit to me....equal justice is part of our Constitution...
But if you fail to win your case...you can always identify as a male.... ../s
