What bothers me about this kind of thing is the relative ease women these days with cell phones etc. have of getting men into trouble with the law. Used to be you needed evidence of some kind of crime or battery having been committed or at least witnesses before law enforcement got involved. Now it seems all it takes is a female voice crying “wolf”. I think we’ve created a monster which is vulnerable to misuse and abuse by people who are hateful and vindictive themselves but don the cloak of victimhood whenever it confers an advantage.
