If this is true the board should be removed from the practice of medicine. However, were s memo sent out, one would think it would be produced and authenticated.
Trust, but verify, as so much of this current debate is based on wild accusations that are never proven. I did not read the link so if memo is within the linked article, I apologize.
It’s very believable coming out of Ontario.
A friend in Canada produced a copy purporting to follow the board’s rec. Given how the Canadian boards threatened to de-license any med profession who did not take it, and further de-license if those MDs disagreed with the narrative, I find it easy to believe. My Dad is suffering serious neuro and heart issues post-booster and all they are doing is cycling him through heart meds. I convinced him to at least take Resveratrol and black seed oil between the shit they are giving him. He has gone from 1 prescr pill per day to about 10 since that booster. I hope to get him in touch with a family friend who is a naturopath - she’s ironically the daughter of his now retired family MD. Perhaps she can bring some sanity to all this.

I don't know which are the "wild accusations" to which you refer, but given that the mortality rate across almost three years of verifiable data show the Covid rate to be an unremarkable 0.085 percent ACROSS THREE YEARS suggests that "wild" media headlines over these last three years have been indeed "wild."
As such as the WHO and our CDC and FDA have been walking back many of their assertions, and in light of a very detailed and heavily footnoted Kennedy book about Fauci (which I read cover to cover) has gone generally unchallenged, it seems "produced and authenticated" have been many things, which the media have ignored, such is their power to ignore.
If you are a physician, I pray your experience will not be as some others.
