I agree, or they should just sell plated meals, like other outlets. Surely they make enough headway on people who eat small meals to cover a few who eat a whole lot.
I have a friend who owned an all you can eat buffet. He personally watched who was eating and forced them to have the same plate as the first one. It helped because they would do the entree of roast or chicken, along with veggies and potatoes. Then come back for the starches.... He would kick them out for digging in for only the most expensive stuff... nobody sued, and the people he kicked out would come back over and over and over....I mean like tomorrow and the next day. So they like the food and the price...maybe even liked being limited
