That’s an insanely high dose. Seems to me like it’s a “Don’t try this at home, folks” type dose. But I am not a doctor.
I was surprised by that dosing extreme also, especially as melatonin seems to concentrate in mitochondria. I asked Steve Van Doorn about his view on this but he has not yet responded. Perhaps it is a therapeutic extreme for a limited period of time. I included the links to the material but have not had the time to read them. This is all fairly new I presume.
