The board overseeing a southeastern Arizona county whose Republican leaders had hoped to recount all Election Day ballots on Friday delayed certifying the results of last week's vote after hearing from a trio of conspiracy theorists who alleged that counting machines were not certified.
The three men, or some combination of them, have filed at least four cases raising similar claims before the Arizona Supreme Court since 2021 seeking to have the state's 2020 election results thrown out. The court has dismissed all of them for lack of evidence, waiting too long after the election was certified or asking for relief that could not be granted, in increasingly harsh language.

Vote fraud bump.

So it looks like the AZ SC is going to be Lake’s dead end based on their history.
Yep!
Someone said it used to be election night then the results.
Now it’s election month.
Liberal projection, the real conspiracy theory is what is coming from the government.
Just one more example of many each day why I have utterly zero confidence in or respect for anything the msm says or writes.
Yep. Hell, they sound just like the N. Korea state-run news agency.
Focus on the machines is a WASTE OF TIME. It’s easy enough to hand count.
Focus on signatures, canvass and ballot harvesting. These idiots are turning attention AWAY from the fraud.
Conspiracy theory equals usually truth.
Well, were they certified or not? Pretty simple to squash the conspiracy.
Who certified machines that broke down on mass on election day. Country is in serious trouble. It’s called sabatoge. They knew who would be voting on election day. Cheating is their strategy.
As a Cochise County resident, I do not think the very very liberal ABC15 is telling the whole story. Not even close.
The Cochise County Supervisors voted last month to do a hand recount after the tabulation machines did their thing, regardless of the results.
Now ABC15 is making a big thing of it or trying to find a scandle. They need to keep their asses in Phoenix a and leave us alone.
Virtually every one of the 70+ polling places reporting tabulator/printer problems on Election Day occurred in Districts 1, 4, 5, 6, 8 & 9 which are predominantly Republican districts. The Democrat leaning districts, 2, 3 & 7, reported no significant issues. This absolutely needs to be investigated thoroughly, including the level of involvement of the SOS and the BOS.
