Paul is right here, monitoring private domestic communications w/o a warrant is illegal. My bigger problem is that nobody is being prosecuted.

When you use social media you don’t own any of the content that you publish. If the private company wishes to give all of that material to the government, at their request, they are perfectly within their rights to do so.
The only thing that would be illegal is if the government demands the information under threat, without the willful cooperation of the private company, with no warrant.
That doesn’t seem to be what is happening here. They’re more than happy to harvest specific data about specific users (probably conservatives) and hand it over willingly.
Trump needs to be asked if he regrets hiring Wray.
