Once the CEO realizes he's about to lose the secretary he's trained from the day she entered the company, he starts understanding his feelings about her. And that leads him to do anything he can to make her stay. Even allowing her to marry him. Until he realizes that what he feels for her isn't a desperate business need for the most capable employee, but love, and then he just wants to change whatever he needs to change to make her happy. Just finished watching Cdrama, “Ashes of Love”, and now I keep finding myself hearing “Everybody wants to Rule the World” by Tears for Fears along with scenes from the episodes in my head.
