I can relate, I turn 70 early next year. If I knew that I would live this long, I would have taken better care of myself.
I’m 59 and act like an overgrown 12 year old. Summer 2021 I hurt my knee whitewater rafting in class IV rapids. This year I went skydiving twice.
Both first time activities.
