I believe it is just crap. First, the particles in the vax are too small to have enough power to transmit. Second, they are too small to have a 2.4 GHz antenna. (That must be around 4 inches long.) Three, how could they get just one of those in each injection? Four, how could they guarantee they'd get at least one in each injection? Five, the particles are too small to host a WIFI transponder circuit.

Other than that, go with it.
