The viewing audience may be rejecting an 80 plus year old Indiana Jones.
Harrison Ford would be the last person to even consider that possibility.
At some point, he’s not going to be believable in an action film, even if just as a Boss. Schwarzenegger and Stallone had to make their peace with that reality as well.
