Sometimes I think the only thing that will stop these clowns is the thought of losing money.
What just might stop all the abuse is to sue their ass off constantly. With covid leaving a bad taste in peoples minds juries might cost these guys big bucks.
If nothing else that would get their attention.

That's doable but if you arrest a company with several thousand employees wont someone else probably worse just take their place?
They probably have a dozen liscenses maybe they should all be revoked.
