Excellent stuff steve, I should have done a disclaimer on some of that since often times it always pays to see a doctor if you have one you trust before loading up on a new technique or regimen such as the conversations here have covered. Few of us know what reacts with what and thats always a consideration.

This is a general practitioner in Tennessee I like. because i believe he is generally a good person.
He makes posts sometimes about his patients he used to say how his hands are tied on what he could say. his Nov 8 post suggest he is more free to state facts
