Auto recount at .5% l believe but if you are just recounting the same ballots with thousands of fraudulent votes the result stays the same.

Yes. And so many don’t understand that.
Also, with every recount I’ve been involved in, the result has always strengthened the original count. (Coincidence, I’m sure.) In this case that wouldn’t be a good thing.
