There was a comic about a ship .oaded with .utefisk in the front of boat, and all the people were crammed into the back, and tne bowt is dojng a severe ‘wheelie”, almost ready to f,ip end for end, and capt says “come on guys, someone has to sit up front with the lutefisk.”
My late MIL used to cook her Norwegian husband’s lutefisk in the basement. He got it w/a little Norwegian flag stuck on top and we were thankfully served Poor Man’s Lobster.
