Tactics need not change. Elections need to be restored. How can the US supervise an election in Iraq, yet not here? By intent. Everyone knows how to have a legitimate election:
1) Election DAY voting only.
2) No mail-out ballots.
3) No ballot harvesting.
4) Absentee ballot only when applied for in advance.
5) ID checks.
6) Paper ballots only, which must be maintained.
7) Physical audit trail. No electronic vote selection, or storage on USB drives.
8) Full chain of custody of ballots certified by representatives of all parties.
9) No ballot counting without witnesses.
10) All ballots must be counted within 24 hours. Election officials who fail are held accountable.
11) Totals reported may not exceed ballots cast. Hand-audit until it does (fraud vitiates everything).
12) Periodic review of voter rolls.
13) Public voter rolls. If officials won’t clean out the fraud, crowdsource it.
It’s all basic, common-sense stuff that once was accepted as civics de rigueur for the US, and is still mainly applied for all first and second-world countries, and most of the third-world. The lack of same makes America not a representative republic at all, but an anarcho-tyrannical mobocracy.
The only “election deniers” out there are those who claim you can have fair and transparent elections with the absence of all of the above. Don’t make us bring indelible ink for your thumbs.
Well, you cannot restore the election laws until you win elections.
You cannot win elections using tactics for laws that have changed.
Therefore, while I agree with your end-goal, in order to get there requires working through and around the fraud to win first.
