Great description of what I have known is going on since the 2020 election.

However, you made one mistake....their problem has a face, does not include Trump. Trump voters are their problem, just as we were when we were the Tea Party and McConnell said he wants to punch us in the face.

You see, Trump endorsed Ronna McDaniel, Kevin McCarthy, etc to lead the party. It is Trump’s party, but after Trump’s 2018 midterm loss, he did not order the party to change strategy or direction in the face of ballot harvesting.

So Trump lost in 2020 due to ballot harvesting.

Again, Trump was still leader of the GOP. He reaffirmed Ronna McDaniel to be chair and Kevin McCarthy to be speaker. Trump endorsed candidates up and down, bragging about his win/loss record in the primary.

But, Trump’s team did not change direction or strategy. They used the same tactics that they used in 2016 despite the ballot harvesting and mail-in votes.

Now Trump has lost 2022. He shows no signs of changing direction or any new strategy to combat the mail-in ballots harvested in mostly urban areas.

It is time for new leadership. We, the MAGA people do not need Trump. We need leadership that can chip away at the fraudulent ballot harvesting so we can win state elections and fix the process (like they did in Florida and Texas).

This is not an endorsement of DeSantis. Just a call for new blood, new ideas and new leadership which does not include Trump.

I’m going to have to agree here on this….it’s not just enough to campaign and complain….at some point there NEEDS to be a PLAN that actually cleans house and reforms. Slogans and sound bites are no longer enough. You can’t MAGA if there’s NO PLAN to reform the government. “Draining the swamp” is not a plan, it’s a catching sound bite and that’s all it is…..
