Somebody had their foot on the "gas" and the car in Drive. Just put the car in Neutral.

I didn't see any part of the vid that shows anyone behind the wheel. Maybe I missed it. In the first part of the vid it made a maneuver to avoid 'victim to be' number one which looked very mechanical. As another poster pointed out, the thing went full pit bull. That sometimes doesn't require input. It just happens when it happens.
