The Republic is pretty much gone without Divine intervention.
See my tagline. God will not dwell among a people who have zero moral compass and who applaud homosexuality the way we do. We have actually invented new ways to be perverted, viz. surgically mutilating men to be women, etc.
And there is no way this nation is going to repent. Our evil has made us insane. (Euripides: God first drives insane those He wishes to destroy.)
God will continue to look after those who love Him and who hate sin. He will continue to look after those who worship Him in Spirit and in Truth (John 4:24), but our numbers are in decline.
