Terminology. Vote by Mail ballots are mailed TO a voter. That voter need not mail the ballot in.
They are mail ballots, but not necessarily mailed in. Most GOP ballots are dropped off at dropboxes. They are counted last and take time to do name/address/signature verify because that process can’t start until polls close on Election Day. Hence, delay.
The drop box votes have largely been counted. The issue is the 270,000 mail-in ballots dropped off at the polling places on ED. They tend to be Republican and the corrupt election officials made sure to count them last. Those will break overwhelmingly for Kari and the rest of the GOP ticket. That’s how Kari will win, but it doesn’t look as good for Masters and Finchem. Abe is in good shape too when these votes are counted, as well as Schweikert.
