BART is Bay Area Rapid Transit (local subway).
The nearest BART station is Civic Center, 2.2 miles away from Pelosi’s Pacific Heights home on foot.
BART generally runs from 5:00 AM to midnight.
Muni is SF Municipal Transportation Authority (or SFMTA), a city agency in charge of public bus, public surface light rail, and taxi matters. The nearest public busses ar the 43 and the 45, both running about 3 blocks away. Using the 43 might involve a short walk across a wooded park (part of The Presidio). Light rail also operates to the Civic Center.
The buses and light rail operate on a limited “night owl” half-hourly service basis between midnight and 5:00 AM. The closest Muni service during that period of time would be the 91 bus, about 6 blocks away.
If Pelosi picked up Depape at a gay bar (eg in SOMA or the Castro District), then Pelosi could have driven or they could have used uber/lyft/taxi. No one from the latter 3 has made any public statement. Perhaps Pelosi drove one of the Pelosi cars? Perhaps they arrived separately by pre-arrangement? Parking in downtown SF is usually easy enough after 8 PM. I do not envision Pelosi as riding public transit, and certainly not together with a gay dude. Arriving separately would have been the most discreet IMHO.

I meant a crime matching this one, where the Perp acts in this manner does not exist in the Crime Database.
I think of John Jay college where crime analysis and study is done.
