The "it" you are referring to is the implosion of FTX, its filing for bankruptcy, etc. So far there is no source with any credibility for the claim that Ukraine invested aid provided by the US government in FTX. Hal Turner is not a reliable source.
No, "it" isn't. But hey, prove me wrong. Post/link a few articles that report not just that FTX crypto went under, but that tens of billions of U.S. aid to Ukraine were funnelled through FTX to U.S. politicians.
