No. I don’t believe any Ukrainian supporters would support fraudulent ponzi scheme that victimized Ukraine. Maybe, a few Pro-Putin supporters could be happy that Ukraine trusted & was cheated. But, I don’t believe any at FR would be that callous or hard-hearted.
