Yep, tying nooses was a popular thing one summer when I was a kid. Someone learned how to tie one and of course that was super cool so we all had to learn.
Right. Back when I was a Boy Scout, everyone (including the black kids) made hangman’s nooses, with 13 wraps if you could get it to come out right. There was no thought of racism on our part.
