Strangely, the higher proportion of female judges in a district, the lower the sentencing disparity will be. So you’re complaining about a disparity caused by male judges.
Interesting, but irrelevant because it doesn’t change my point. I base my statements on federal and state statistics across the country that examine actual sentencing discrepancy outcomes between males and females. While female judges may offer lengthier sentences than male judges, overall, as I said, women get 1/3 or less the sentences of men for the same crimes (which includes the female judges handing out more time).
So while thats interesting, its irrelevant because they are alreadya part of the sentencing stats that support my point.
