No one gets the death penalty in California these days. I’m pretty sure they did away with it years ago

They just moved it from ‘end of life’ to ‘beginning of life’.
Let me revise my statement - they did away with the death penalty for murderers, but they applied it to the unborn who are much more deserving of death than actual criminals. Every cultural value in the Democrat world is inverted.
