I don’t know. I’m not personally too bothered by Cates change of opinion on Q but that’s just my personal reaction. I totally get it why some people would find his recent embrace of Q to be annoying. He was critical of Q in the past. But to his credit, he’s usually willing to acknowledge when he’s been wrong. Cates’s take on events was always pretty Q-compatible. He believed there were things being done behind the scenes by patriots that were not visible to the average observer. For that reason, many of us assumed he read and followed Q. When asked about it, he claimed he came to these conclusions on his own and was not influenced by Q, of whom he remained a skeptic. If he was lying about this in order to make himself look smarter, then that’s certainly grounds for criticism. But if you take him at his word, then he was following his own train of thought, and when he finally took a good look at Q, he became a follower.
Cates never denounced Q that I ever saw. Early on he was clear that he didn’t FOLLOW Q. Since then, he has been clear that he is now on board and his postings for the last several months have proven that.
I’m not joining in the flaying of him s I truly believe he is on the side of good, even if he misses in his guesses some of the time, as well all do.
