looking closer, what does "# registered VoteD =" mean ?

Ballots Cast (from SOS Elections Web site) = 2,427,999 which is less than "# of registered voterD"(2,575,000) but the vote for both Gov candidates is 2,397,179 - don't see any other candidates for Gov.

Registered Arizona VoterS = 4,143,929
