Right. This is a mini-rally rolled into an announcement for another Presidential run. I’m very unhappy that this is all it is, but I think he had to announce this soon. It puts some distance between him and the dogs that are nipping at his heels (Peekaboo James, DOJ) before they can ruin his reputation in the eyes of the low-information voters. Not what I was hoping for though.
Sort of platitudes, almost like canned statements. Almost no life in it. There is something going on. It’s verging on funereal. He knows that millions of us are going to be extremely disappointed, frustrated and angry by this “huge announcement” that does not live up to expectations.
I wonder WHY he is doing this. There has got to be a reason.
