There is no such thing as “voter standing”. This is a big nothing burger. The Writ is a piece of trash and looks like it was written by a law school dropout. I expect a big “Writ DENIED” sometime within the next week or two.
The Writ: It’s easy to read. Go for it. It asks not only for firing but there’s more, not the least of which is a 10,000$ minimum fine for failing to uphold their oaths. I’d add mule whipping but that’s just me.
