Notice how the story goes out of its way to “correct” all the earlier reports that the man was let in, that Paul said he was a friend, that the man LET Paul go to the bathroom…
So in this sanitized version we’re supposed to believe that Paul called the police saying he was under direct threat, that SOMEBODY let the police into the house and then they just stood there and watched him be attacked… knowing they were there for a threat?!
Would have been funnier if the lover expecting to find Paul Pelosi crept into the dark bedroom and saw the back of an upholstered chair. Lover said: “Ready or not, here I am, lover boy.” Chair swivels around and it’s Nancy staring at him with evil intent. He screams.
