In NC he endorsed Ted Budd before the primary and it was the reason Ted won…Ted won comfortably but the GOP lost 4 swing district seats
In Ohio he endorsed Vance when he could have easily endorsed Mandel and of course Vance won and Vance begged the guy to campaign in the general against Tim Ryan and he won by 7.
The GOP lost 3 swing districts in Ohio.
The losses are on McDaniel and McCarthy.
That is wrong about Ohio. Only Steve Chabot, republican lost in the Cincinnati district. All other races the incumbent held, regardless of party. The five rats are all from urban districts that are pretty blue, which includes the rat who beat Chabot. AFAIK Trump was a factor only in the Senate race.
