There are still a lot of votes to count, but I am stunned by the number of upstate counties where Hochul is in the lead. These are historically red Counties that were solid for Trump and his GOP predecessors. Maybe we have reached the point where so many republicans have fled the state that only RATs are left to vote. We will be one of the soon leaving NY with two less conservatives.

I think that’s exactly what it is, the ship is sinking and rational people are bailing. If she wins absolutely I am outta here. I grew up in NYC, lived on Long Island, lived in Penn, moved back to Long Island to care for an ill parent, and the property taxes are absolutely destroying me, I just can’t do it anymore.
My mom who has stage 5 Alzheimers freaks out if she is moved to even a different room, but if the DemoMarxists win this election I think I’m going to have to find out if she can be sedated in any way so we can get out.
