So you would vote to elect someone based on a promise to violate the Constitution?

The Constitution defines only three federal crimes: treason, piracy and counterfeiting. But it authorizes Congress to create other federal crimes. Congress has created over 10,000 federal crimes over the centuries. It has been said that every American commits roughly six federal felonies a day in the course of his daily business. This permits the federal entity to use prosecutorial discretion in enforcement. If the federal prosecutor doesn't like the color of your skin or your political opinions, his discretion permits him to prosecute or look the other way.
As long as we have those 10,000 federal crimes on the books, we need federal law enforcement agencies. If you want to get rid of the FBI, BATFE and DEA, then get those federal crimes off the books and let them be matters for the states to handle.

Haha!
That’s like saying a bank robber robbed the bank “illegally” because he did it when the bank was closed.
No. It’s illegal because theft is illegal, not because he entered the bank when he wasn’t supposed to. Charge him for the most serious crime - robbery - not the minor charge of breaking and entering.
Election fraud is illegal, because stealing an election is illegal - not because the fraud was committed after some deadline.

Arrest them. ... and if they resist, kill them just like you would one of the plebes.

Give them as much warning as an FBI No Knock raid uses before firing.

Give them as much warning as an FBI No Knock raid uses before firing. Great thinking! If they reach for anything at all, including a phone, fill them with lead.
