Sooner, rather than later, these “Federal Policing Powers” need to be challenged, and deemed Un-Constitutional, but with Katanji, Sotomayor, and Kagan, and the rest of the Deep State plants on the USSC right now, it’s highly un-likely to happen in our lifetimes....
Umm, USC Article 1 sect 4 states that state legislatures make voting laws. You should read the Constitution again.

He doesn’t say the DOJ monitors will be turned away. You need to read the letter. Those local election officials will not turn them away. You think the DOJ gives a fig about Fla law?
