Of course, anything is possible and what they suggested (disinformation) is, at this point, as valid as the ultraterrestrial/extraterrestrial theme.
That said, I suggest that this article proposes a more enlightened take on what we hear coming from the Pentagon.
Former DOD and intelligence community officers have long spoken of an intense tug-of-war between various factions. What we are seeing seems more likely to be evidence of that.
I’ve written this before, but here we go again. Having been part of a project that originated a lot of UFO reports I can attest that the government’s reaction every time was to say NOTHING. I assure you this was gamed out and a denial or a cover story gives away information. Saying nothing was the best approach. So Congress spends millions of dollars, even having people who know the truth testify to a lie. Any investigation is a waste of everyone’s time.
Aliens are demons.
What was the purpose of that project?
Much of what we hear about them from people who have been abducted is certainly consistent with Biblical descriptions of demons and/or evil spirits.
He could tell you, but then he’d have to kill you.
There is a great book to be written over the classic pentagon wars where one faction battles another, some times for decades, literally. The great classic from the past is the army air defense civil war between the gun and missile factions, then greatest of all the size counts or does it war within the USAF tactical air community. Some of this stuff is like Montagues versus Capulets; it goes on so long the factions really forget what it was originally all about. Ego driven, the fight becomes the thing not what it is about. An USAF officer working on his PhD in history, observed, after completing a tour on Air Staff; ‘I am beginning to understand what the ‘Wars of Religion’ in 16th century France were really about, not confessional differences at all’.
Aliens are demons.

By that logic, everything not of terrestrial origin is a “demon”. So in the billions of other worlds, in the billions of other galaxies in our Universe, all of creation is evil, except for this one rather unremarkable planet. What are the chances.
For example, something like "it was a defense project that was sometimes mistakenly identified as a UFO" or "it was a government project that used the UFO's as a distraction/cover for what was actually going on" or, even, "reports of misidentified UFOs were utilized to send messages to our undercover operatives embedded somewhere remote."
That's an assumption based on a reductio ad absurdum fallacy.

False.
It’s looking at was was stated logically and breaking down the absurdity and ignorance of what was stated.
The statement was, “Aliens are demons”.
Aliens, by definition are non-terrestrial. Therefore anything non-terrestrial in origin is a demon. And non-terrestrial covers lifeforms everywhere in the universe which is not Terran.
Liberals/Democrats are demons. Aliens are just people of a different race.
The “aliens are demons” is a baseless and superstitious reaction, also based in no facts whatsoever.
I took what he meant by his use of the word "alien" to mean "grays." That's what people who have been abducted and/or have otherwise come into contact with in the last 70 years of UFO experience.
That's an assumption on my part and, of course, I might be incorrect. exPBRrat can perhaps clarify what he meant.
But jumping to an assumption that he meant anything and everything that may come from someplace other than earth appears to be a stretch (ad absurdum) to me given that, in UFO parlance, "alien" is the term frequently used to describe those "gray" beings who abduct people from their cars and bedrooms.
Yeah, but are there pro-Mick Bolton and pro-Michael Schenker factions?
Dave Paulides’ Missing 411 The UFO Connection release date is Dec. 12.
Secondly, my comment was NOT that these beings ARE demons but that descriptions of them are consistent with Biblical descriptions of demons and evil spirits.
I personally have no idea what we are dealing with...whether something real and tangible or perhaps even mass hallucinations that have been part of human life since ancient times.
As to the demon or evil spirit comparison, the descriptions of the grays by many people following the UFO phenomenon do seem consistent with Biblical descriptions of evil spirits/demons.
Even Whitley Strieber, in his first encounter with them said (I paraphrase), "they obliterated my very personality and my sense of reality, they had to be demons."
As to your claim of superstition, there is certainly some merit for that, particularly if one starts from the POV that religion itself is called a superstition.
What we know of the grays (and whoever they take orders from) is that they take people against their will (starting as children), perform experiments on them against their will, take sperm and eggs, convey to them a world view that can best be described as consistent with "New Age" religion, and, again to cite Whitley Strieber (and others), have a goal of co-inhabiting our bodies with us so that they can share of experiences of living on this planet.
That last paragraph is where people draw their "demon" comparisons.
