One possible solution for permanent anonymity is to create a Trust that becomes the legal owner of the Lottery winnings. Then, that Trust pays you - in total privacy - on a regular schedule.
However, each state has its own specific rules, and an individual state might have the legal authority to forbid payment to a Trust.
In most states, the terms of a Trust, and the creator and the beneficiaries of a Trust, can remain a secret as long as there is no intent to violate a law or a court order.
It may take several days to determine what the numbers were!

Here in Australia they don’t publish names. The most info that they would publish without your express permission would be your gender and the city you live in.
Also in Australia the advertised amount is the amount you would get as it has already been taxed and you get the lump sum; no trickle payments over a bunch of years nonsense.

as I understand it, depends on the state.
Some allow a Trust or a Corporation/LLC to collect the winnings, which makes it harder to track if you do it right.
Others require a person to collect.
